Have a favourite local walk? Been meaning to try a new route a bit further afield? License to Move Solo could be for you!
For people who will be walking on their own (although friends, family and pets are always encouraged too!), you can create your own adventure with License to Move Solo, whilst still contributing to the overall License to Move step count and fundraising.

The Light Fund is a registered charity which raises monies to fund worthwhile charity projects that help children, women and men. Since it started back in 2004, The Light Fund has raised over £2.1million and funded hundreds of different charity projects. Learn more

Pledge to walk, run, swim (any format of physical activity) and donate to charity
License to Move aims to get individuals to commit to any format of movement (5 mile minimum) and donate to charity to achieve overall goal of 5,227 miles, which maps the journey from Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas to ExCeL in London.
In partnership with our event charity partner The Light Fund, all proceeds go direct to the charity.
