The Paramount team are tackling Park Run on Hampstead Heath (https://www.parkrun.org.uk/hampsteadheath/) on 30th September. Come join us on our mission to smash out a Saturday morning 5K and raise some monies for The Light Fund! We ask that you pledge £10 to participate and of course, there will be some celebratory bucks fizz at the end!

The Light Fund is a registered charity which raises monies to fund worthwhile charity projects that help children, women and men. Since it started back in 2004, The Light Fund has raised over £2.1million and funded hundreds of different charity projects.
